Shipping

VADA LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are evaluating international shipping and may offer shipping to additional countries in the future.

Orders are processed within 13 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Our warehouse is closed on major U.S. holidays, including New Year's Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing (for international orders), or other events beyond our control.

Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability and warehouse location. If your order is incomplete, please allow 34 business days after the first package for remaining items to arrive before contacting us.

We do not ship to freight forwarders' addresses or package consolidation services. Orders placed for delivery to freight forwarders are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund for any reason, as we cannot control shipping conditions after transfer to the forwarder.

 

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at support@vadaofficial.com within 10 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

To complete a return or resolve an order issue, we require proof of purchase from our Site (such as your order confirmation email or order number).


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery.
  2. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailroom, building office, etc.).
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

While we will do our best to assist you, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept traditional returns or exchanges on products purchased through the Site, except where required by applicable law. Because of the nature of our products and the costs associated with shipping and handling, all sales are generally final once an order has been placed and confirmed.

However, we want you to be happy with your experience. If you try your product and truly do not love it, please contact us at support@vadaofficial.com within 10 days of delivery and we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time replacement of the same product or a comparable item of equal or lesser value.

This satisfaction accommodation is subject to the following limits:

  • It is limited to one replacement per customer and per shipping address (lifetime).
  • It applies only to orders placed directly through our Site.
  • We do not provide refunds for dislike of a scent, texture, or personal preference, except where required by law.
  • We may decline or limit this accommodation if we detect patterns of abuse or misuse.

Discovery sets, sample products, gift cards, and items marked as "final sale" at checkout are not eligible for return, exchange, or our satisfaction replacement program.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Hazardous Goods Handling

Due to the flammable nature of alcohol-based fragrances, products returned or replaced may be subject to special handling and disposal requirements. We may assess a handling fee to cover hazardous materials processing and disposal costs.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@vadaofficial.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including original shipping charges, at our discretion. You will not be charged for replacement shipping on defective or damaged items.
